Each year one of the largest art fairs in the world comes to the Miami area. Attracting hundreds of exhibitors and projects the art take over is known as Art Basel.  The movement has consecutively grown larger and larger each year providing a platform for many brands to activate around. This art driven experience spanning outward from the South Beach, North Beach, Wynwood Art District, Miami Design District and Downtown Miami provides a weeklong action packed schedule. Perhaps one of the most talked about projects in all of Art Basel this year was the Triangle Walks Project which took place at the Delano Hotel in South beach.

A ‘networking event’ consists of interacting with other people to exchange information and develop contacts, especially to further one’s career. Wednesday, July 16th MMEink partnered with AT&T to produce their summer networking event at the Bier Gardens located at the Standard Hotel in New York City. MMEink’s inspired designers provided creative floral designs and unique branded decor to create the perfect environment for such an event.  Alongside the beautiful interior design, MMEink provided custom kiosks throughout the facility showcasing AT&T’s latest innovation.  Throughout the day AT&T’s  newest products were on display for guests to interact with. Some of the most popular devices included the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the new Bose portable speakers system.

South Florida’s annual Swim Week celebration kicked off with a blast with MMEink at the Delano Hotel.  Every year some of the biggest names in fashion and retail show case their swim collections at private events in South Beach.  MMEink in collaboration with event sponsors Grey Goose, Zico Water,Costa Hollywood, and Becca Swimwear  teamed up to produce this year’s official Ocean Drive Magazine after party event.  On Thursday, July 18th, Ocean Drive Magazine held their event at the Delano Hotel located in South Beach. The event scheduled to be held at the pool ended up moving in doors due to inclement weather.  Due to the rain contingency plan  the party shifted gears moving to the Delano’s famous FDR club.  MMEink, modified the events production needs to provided tailored event services for the new venue.  Some of the services provided by MMEink included lighting, staging and step and repeat services. The highly anticipated event was a huge success!

LIJ North Shore Huntington Hospital Partners with MMEInk A Record Fundraiser

LIJ North Shore Huntington Hospital hosted its annual fundraiser this year at Oheka Castle in Long Island, New York on December 6, 2013.  This year’s fundraiser was highly anticipated as it was the first time that the hospital partnered with an event marketing company to produce the event.   MMEink had the distinct privilege of creating the experience for what was known as The Phantom Ball.  In order to fully create the experience MMEink and its creative team utilized a variety of in-house production services and resources to deliver a one of a kind experience for the hospital and its 400 attendees.

Once guest arrived at the castle, the theme was immediately introduced  by  MMEink’s creative team with its redesign of the grand stairway.  Guest then made their way up the large double spiral staircase to Grand Foyer which was transformed to represent an old French style cafe.  The cafe was utilized to create a backdrop for our two caricaturist performers creating a special experience for guest to receive their very own cartoon picture at the event.  A special interaction was also created by our interactive cup and the pea performer and meet and great performers mingling amongst guests .

Since the main goal of the event was to raise money for the hospital MMEink felt it was necessary to create a special animation around the auction items which were located in the Old Ballroom at Oheka.  In order to do this a large Eiffel Tower Prop on pedestal was brought in along with our two live human statues adding just the right touch of interaction surrounding the auction items.  MMEink lighting team help bring the castle to life by up lighting the entire castles interior with a rich amber and red color scheme.

Finally the event transitioned after cocktail hour into the Grand Ballroom where the guest speaker and honoree  Chris Giamo was introduced to speak at the event.  The event reached a milestone this year grossing a whopping  400 thousand dollars in ticket sales alone making it the most successful fundraising event to date.  Finally the event concluded with the dinner party turning into a upscale dance party where the MMEink musical team delivered a top notch performance.  Guest enjoyed dancing to the greatest hits from the 60’s to current top 40 dance.  For more great information about fundraising events visit mmeink.com

Conductor, the market leader in Search Engine Optimization technology teamed up with MMEink to produce its third annual conference.  The three day conference took place in the heart of NYC in Chelsea at the Metropolitan Pavilion.  The event running from September 17-19  brought together a variety of advertisers, publishers, agencies, marketers and SEO specialist under one roof for what was known as Conductors C3 conference.

In order to prepare the  raw space at the Metropolitan Pavilion the Conductor team partnered up with MMEink to produce the high profile conference.  Delivering event production services for three floors in the raw space, MME quickly  transformed the space into a venue suitable for hosting the C3 conference .  The event quickly took shape upon entering off  the green carpeted runner on 18th street.  Guest arrived at registration on the first floor, which was also constructed to be utilized as 3 break out rooms for the conferences workshop.

Upon entering the 5th floor guests were able to receive refreshments, while relaxing in the branded C3 event space.  The floor was also utilized to showcase 8 exclusive C3 vendors and a conductor workshop.   The 6th floor of the space was transformed to host the main conference portion of the event.  MMEink even provided a custom pantone matching Conductor chair for the speaker of the conference.

Finally, as we all know every great conference has to end with a huge celebration.  For the events last night a huge bash was created on the vendor floor.   MMEink reset the 5th floor of the event space to host a live DJ performance, and retro fitted the space with a large assortment of vintage arcade style games and table games for guest to enjoy.

AT&T Unwrapped comes to NYC October 4, 2012 at the Rivington Hotel!

AT&T unwrapped comes to NYC tonight October 4, 2012 at the Rivington Hotel in downtown Manhattan.  This trending hotel will host the AT&T Unwrapped event and will mark the release  of this seasons must have devices and gadgets.

MMEink will be providing full event production services that include:  creative branding, kiosk displays, lounge and floral decor, and interactive touch screen services.

AT&T will be utilizing MMEink’s large touch screen panels to introduce their newest technology showcasing their commitment  to putting an end to texting while driving.  “No text on board” and its pledge will be introduced to guests at the event allowing them the opportunity to take the pledge and share that pledge via Facebook with the world.

Some of the many other devices being released and demoed include AT&T’s Ibolt, a neat and cool mount that allows its users to mount their AT&T phones and devices to a number of hard to attach to surfaces.  The IGrill  is yet another  cool device that hooks into your blue tooth connection turning your Iphone, IPad, or IPod Touch into the first ever grilling and cooking thermometer allowing you to spend more time entertaining and less time having to watch the grill.  These are some of the many new innovations being shown tonight at the Rivington Hotel in lower Manhattan.

Fashion Night Out @ Lord & Taylor Was A Huge Success!!!

MMEink was proud to provide the official media booth for this year’s Fashion’s Night Out at Lord & Taylor’s 5th Avenue location in NYC. Our media booths occupied 5 out of the 7 floors at Lord & Taylor providing guests with a first class social picture taking experience.

Guest were given a unique opportunity with our custom software and vintage photo experience to share all the fun and excitement of FNO at Lord & Taylor with their friends and family via the social networks in real time. Photos were delivered to guest via email with our custom web landing page for the event. This made for a unique opportunity to share with friends, like, post and tweet all with one click of the mouse. Our media booth also allowed for a real time post with our Facebook API during the actual photo taking experience.

Allowing guest to select from black & white, color or vintage photos with a super imposed background proved to be a huge hit. Our media booths took over 2,500 pictures in just 5 hours and outreached over 12,500 people via the social networks.
