AT&T Comes To NYC’s Standard Hotel

On June 17, 2015 AT&T revealed some of its latest innovation in New York City at the Standard Hotel.  AT&T revealed an array of new devices and accessories at the event showcasing some of the newest and coolest items to hit the mobile space in 2015.  The event featured a variety of items which ranged from fully water proof phone cases to virtual gaming and augmented reality.  The event even featured one of AT&T’s newest partners Cricket.  Cricket has been making quite a name for itself ever since it entered the prepaid arena providing its customers with better service and choicedevices.

AT&T partnered with MMEink for the event to deliver a variety of event services.  A combination of decor accents which included floral, and scenic decor helped transform the space know as the Standard Hotels “Beer Garden”.  A custom photo booth was also brought into the event created by Photomation.  The custom booth allowed guests to engage in a custom branded photo experience in which they can socially share their animated GIF’s in real time.  Finally, MMEink created all of the vendor stands and kiosks for the event which were used to display the new devices and technologies being showcased.

A&E Networks partnered with MMEink for its 2015 Upfront to create a star studded red carpet event in NYC at the Park Avenue Armory. MMEink provide full creative services for the event establishing the look of the night by delivering the decor for the evening’s festivities. AWDC LogoOn April 21, 2015 Antwerp Diamond came to New York City to host a sparkling networking event which consisted of top diamond dealers in the NYC area. AWDC teamed up with MMEink as their destination management company to provide full event services for the high profile event. The planning team at MMEink delivered full event hospitality services starting with selecting the perfect venue to host the evenings event. Located only a few blocks away from New York’s diamond district, the 3 West Club located at 3 West, 51st Street provide the perfect location to host the special event. The “invite only” event showcased three key note speakers who introduced the event to the attendees. The food and beverage for the event consisted of both Glatt Kosher, Indian Vegetarian, and mixed chafing dishes and passed O’dourves. Finally the production team at MMEink in coordination with the digital team created the space located at 3 West. Utilizing the venues second floor ballroom MMEink transformed the space using branded backgrounds and displays, staging, audio visual services, and lighting and event decor.

USF-PRI-C-RGB_20110916On March 31st 2015 USA foods hosted their annual trade show event at Citi Field in New York.  Each year the event attracts distributors and suppliers from the Metropolitan area to showcase the latest and greatest in food products.  MMEink and its creative team had the pleasure of being a part of this year’s trade show event.

MMEink delivered a custom experience for USA Foods with the creation of its very own Italian cafe area.  The scenic team at MMEink designed and installed a 30ft double sided cafe to break up the trade show space at Citi Field.   Used to act as an entrance point  into the Italian foods section of the event,  the large display helped create the space for USA foods.  A combination of scenic props was used to bring the set to life at the event.  Finally the look was sealed by accenting the space with perimeter lighting and up lighting on the display.

Introducing Asics Quantum 360

MMEink is proud to provide the NYC area with the best in event production services.  Our team specializes in creating custom brand experiences for our clients at events, product launches, and in-store activations.  The development of the Asics event in NYC was designed to showcase the highly anticipated launch of the new Quantum 360 line.  MMEink supplied a combination of event production services for this NYC based event.  The creation of a custom Parkour course was made for Asics to produce a special engagement for the events attendees.

Kaye Scholer’s new exciting new office space was transformed into an elegant holiday party for the firm to celebrate the holiday season.  Founded over nearly a century ago the Law firm has recently acquired a new office space at 250 West 55th Street in New York, NY .   The modern interior with state of  art meeting spaces makes it one of Manhattans premier Law Firms.

In order to transform the space for Kaye Scholer’s holiday party the firm teamed up with MMEink to produce the evenings festivities.  Utilizing two floors of the office space MMEink delivered a combination of event and decor services to make the evening a huge success!  This even included converting two board rooms into a super fun club space where guests could enjoy dancing and listening to their favorite hits.

Each year one of the largest art fairs in the world comes to the Miami area. Attracting hundreds of exhibitors and projects the art take over is known as Art Basel.  The movement has consecutively grown larger and larger each year providing a platform for many brands to activate around. This art driven experience spanning outward from the South Beach, North Beach, Wynwood Art District, Miami Design District and Downtown Miami provides a weeklong action packed schedule. Perhaps one of the most talked about projects in all of Art Basel this year was the Triangle Walks Project which took place at the Delano Hotel in South beach.

A ‘networking event’ consists of interacting with other people to exchange information and develop contacts, especially to further one’s career. Wednesday, July 16th MMEink partnered with AT&T to produce their summer networking event at the Bier Gardens located at the Standard Hotel in New York City. MMEink’s inspired designers provided creative floral designs and unique branded decor to create the perfect environment for such an event.  Alongside the beautiful interior design, MMEink provided custom kiosks throughout the facility showcasing AT&T’s latest innovation.  Throughout the day AT&T’s  newest products were on display for guests to interact with. Some of the most popular devices included the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the new Bose portable speakers system.
