AWDC LogoOn April 21, 2015 Antwerp Diamond came to New York City to host a sparkling networking event which consisted of top diamond dealers in the NYC area. AWDC teamed up with MMEink as their destination management company to provide full event services for the high profile event. The planning team at MMEink delivered full event hospitality services starting with selecting the perfect venue to host the evenings event. Located only a few blocks away from New York’s diamond district, the 3 West Club located at 3 West, 51st Street provide the perfect location to host the special event. The “invite only” event showcased three key note speakers who introduced the event to the attendees. The food and beverage for the event consisted of both Glatt Kosher, Indian Vegetarian, and mixed chafing dishes and passed O’dourves. Finally the production team at MMEink in coordination with the digital team created the space located at 3 West. Utilizing the venues second floor ballroom MMEink transformed the space using branded backgrounds and displays, staging, audio visual services, and lighting and event decor.
