Born and raised in flushing Queens New York of Taiwanese descent, Timothy began his culinary career at the age of 18 after winning a nationwide culinary competition in Las Vegas. After attending Culinary School at the Art institute of Philadelphia, Timothy decided to move to New York City to pursue his ideal work environment of Michelin Fine dining. Timothy has honed his skills in some of New York City’s elite Michelin restaurants, including Bouley, Seasonal, & Three Star Michelin awarded “Masa”. Timothy’s hard work and strive for perfection lead him to his first Michelin Star as Executive Sous Chef at the age of 23 which he has retained for three consecutive years to follow. Currently 26 years of age, Timothy brings his 8 years of expansive culinary knowledge, French techniques, Molecular Gastronomy, strong attention to detail and his strive for perfection to the MME Group. Timothy’s farm to table foods and creative menu planning as execution chef at the MME Group creates a dynamic dining experience for guests at both private and corporate events.
